Delivery Schedule
The delivery date of your order is determined by the item with the longest lead time.
To reduce unnecessary transport and CO₂ emissions, we group your order and ship it once everything is in stock.
Smaller items such as LEDs and heaters may be sent separately.
Availability for each product is always shown on the respective product page when selecting variants.
Important to Know
Some sizes and finishes are available from stock, while others may require additional lead time.
Customers must be present on the agreed delivery date to receive the goods and help with unloading.
If you plan to store your pergola before installation, the packages can be safely stacked to save space.

2. Book your delivery
Our logistics partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
If access for large vehicles is restricted, please let them know in advance so alternative arrangements can be made.
Who delivers your pergola?
3. On the day of delivery
Pergolas are delivered curbside by a two-person team.
It is essential that you, or someone capable, is present to assist with unloading.
Packages are designed to be carried by two people. For larger models (e.g. 4x6m), some crates may weigh up to 100kg.
