3. Warranty

12-Month Warranty Coverage

We guarantee that your product will be free from material defects for 12 months from delivery, unless stated otherwise.

Your coverage includes:

  • Structural defects

  • Defective roof motor or lighting under normal use

  • Workmanship issues in installation (if installed by Casa Pergola)

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Misuse, incorrect installation, weather damage, pest damage

  • Overuse or overheating of LED lighting or motors

  • Failure to perform regular maintenance (monthly checks recommended)

Additional Guidelines:

  • Electric roofs must be operated at least once every 3 months

  • Blinds must remain open in windy conditions

  • LED lighting must be turned off for at least 2 hours after 24 hours of continuous use

Failure to comply may void your warranty.

4. Privacy Policy

Confidentiality & Use of Your Data

  • All order details and client communications are treated as confidential.

  • Your information is only used to process your order and communicate with you.

  • We will not share your personal data unless legally required.

We may take photographs of installations for internal use, but will not use them publicly without your consent.
