Warranty

Casa Pergola structures are manufactured using high quality materials and are covered by the following warranties.

Structural components are covered for up to 36 months against manufacturing defects.

Moving parts and electrical components including motors, lighting and blind mechanisms are covered for 12 months from delivery or installation.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, misuse, modification, extreme weather conditions or debris blocking drainage systems.

Regular maintenance such as clearing gutters and inspecting moving parts is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
