These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services supplied by Casa Pergola Ltd.

Casa Pergola structures are bespoke products manufactured to order based on each client’s specifications.

By placing an order and paying a deposit, the client confirms acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once drawings are approved and production preparation begins.

Lead times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on manufacturing schedules and supply conditions.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with planning permissions, building regulations, restrictive covenants or any other property restrictions relating to the installation.

Pergolas are outdoor structures and are not designed to function as sealed buildings. While designed to manage normal weather conditions, complete protection from wind-driven rain or extreme weather cannot be guaranteed.
