TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – JUNE 2025

Thank you for choosing Casa-Pergola. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services we provide.

We define terms such as “Bespoke,” “Contract,” “Custom Made,” and “Sales Order Acknowledgement” to clarify your rights and obligations.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Read and understand your quotation or proforma invoice

  • Pay either a deposit or the full amount as requested

  • Carefully review and approve any Client Acceptance Drawings for bespoke items

  • Allow us to deliver and/or install once payment is complete

Our Terms cover:

  • Product descriptions and visual representation

  • Making changes after placing an order (which may involve amendment fees)

  • Delivery scheduling, your responsibilities for site readiness, and additional storage fees if rescheduled

  • Installation obligations, including electrical requirements

  • Title of goods passing only once full payment is received

  • Responsibilities for site access, safe unloading, and notification of any damages

  • Our limitation of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution procedure

  • Your cooperation obligations and payment terms, including interest on late payments

All contracts are governed by English law.
